Broke up into pairs – one pax starts lunging around the track, while the other runs around the track. Alternating who is lunge on each pass until the pair has completed lunges around the track.

Thang2

Laps around the track starting with recovery run in first leg, accelerating on each turn until at max speed on last leg.

Rinse and repeat until Q called time

Merkins for the pax in the lead until the 6 completed.
