A simple circuit workout at Taylor Park. We ran north 1 mile to the park, paused for 20 shoulder taps, 20 big boys, 20 mountain climbers. Then a lap around the perimeter of Taylor, running legs 1 and 2, sprinting leg 3, running leg 4. Pause for another round of shoulder taps, big boys and mountain climbers. Then another lap, same pattern. Then monkey humpers and BOMBS in honor of Dos and Hojoh before a group run back to Wreck Center.
It’s spring in Chicago, cold one day, hot the next, storms any time. Take advantage of the nice moments when you can, and do the same in other areas of your life; try not to dwell on the crappy stretches and make the most of the sunny ones.
