Kodak : 348(?) was somewhere on the ballpark of what Guiliani and I achieved … several reps behind Kipling before we ducked back to the start point w/ ruck weight+coupons.

Closing : Remarks on ‘preparedness’ as a leadership virtue. I got caught this morning in puppy-responsibilities as the rest of the house slept. By the time puppy did her routine and was back in her kennel, I was tight on time with scattered shoes, contacts, car keys, etc.

When I tap the ‘HC’ button, it’s not enough to make the mental commitment for working out the next morning, but also critical to layout what’s needed so that the transition process is simple and smooth.
