The BackBlast:

2/28/22:  a beautiful sunny AM for 10 PAX to hit the pavement and roll the dice.

WARMER:  sidestraddle hops, old man stretch, windmills, Abes forward/reverse, imperial walker

Roll the dice – odd we go north to Taylor Park and even we go west to Scoville Park.  EVEN!

Stroll to Scoville Park and divide into teams of 2.  One PAX runs a lap while the other PAX bangs out reps.  Roll the dice and see what exercise you’ll be working.  Dice options:  1 = burpees  2 = overheads  3 = merkins  4 = bigboys  5 = squats and  6 = miniBOMBS

Stroll north and worked our way back to the Wreck Center

WORDS:  throughout the workout we stopped and talked about Q-ing, sharing pointers on how to successfully lead a Q.  March, here we come!
