Quick WARMER:  sidestraddle hops

WARMER on the RUN:  mosey north on Elmwood stopping at each intersection for reps including Abes, Imperial Walkers and LEDs.  Mosey west to Scoville.

THE THANG:  roll the dice.  Even = 10 reps from F3 Open.  Odd = BOMBS.  Mosey to Austin Gardens and repeat.  Mosey to Mills Park and repeat.  Mosey back to Scoville for one last roll.  Finally, 6min shuffle bag to da Wreck to conclude.
