THANG:  Tabata (featuring Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band)

We did 3 sets of the following 12 exercises over 36 minutes.

  • Burpees (40s of work followed by 15s rest)
  • Mountain climbers (40s of work followed by 15s rest)
  • Shoulder Taps (40s of work followed by 30s rest)
  • Lunges (40s of work followed by 15s rest)
  • Squats (40s of work followed by 15s rest)
  • Imperial marchers (40s of work followed by 30s rest)
  • Donkey kick left leg (40s of work followed by 15s rest)
  • Donkey kick right leg (40s of work followed by 15s rest)
  • Merkins (40s of work followed by 30s rest)
  • Little baby crunches (40s of work followed by 15s rest)
  • Flutter kicks (40s of work followed by 15s rest)
  • American Hammers (40s of work followed by 30s rest)

We then did 10 more burpees followed by 50 big boy situps to closeout the workout.
