5 PAX came out this COLD morning to do my Rocky Version 2.0. Round 1 (Creed- timed exercises): In a box, monkey walking, planking, get on ups, step ups. Round 2 (Clubber Lang – partner workout): 250 dips, 200 squats, 150 lbcs, 100 merkins and 50 hammers Round 3: (Drago – Battling the elements): 25 shoulder presses, 20 yard murder bunnies, 25 hop overs, 20 yd. rifle carry, 25 bicep curls. Well done gentleman!
