7 Evanston HIM came out for about 5 this morning. But don’t let that mileage fool you. We did a “couple” 1min hill reps where we ascended with the sunrise. Then followed with relay loops around the Lagoon. Concluded with coffeeteria and good chatter covering local cubano food to vomiting in parking lots to “the slap”.
My challenge to the group and really everyone: call up an old friend this week that you haven’t spoken to in a while. I experienced the power, wisdom, and benefits of old friendships last week while visiting my med school roommate. You and your friend will both appreciate that call. Much as I appreciate F3.
