The Thang

Had playlist set up, and for each song, we had a designated exercise (curl, chest press, etc.). Once you got to 25 reps, you ran, skipped, etc. (varied for each song) to a designated point and could do 3 burpees, 5 merkins, or 5 big boys (PAX’s choice). Got through about 10 different songs/exercises.

COT

Due to various reasons (traveling, holdings, sicknesses, etc.), I’ve effectively been out for six weeks. I knew F3 was important to me before, but the time away made me realize HOW important it was to me. I was getting cranky, feeling lower energy, etc. Experiencing the F3 community 3-4x a week helps fill up my tank in many aspects, and it was tough to be away for so long. Encourage you to reach out to someone that you haven’t seen in a few weeks, or get out of your comfort zone and invite someone new. I know we say it often, but F3 is really much more than just a workout.
