Thang 1 : Beep Test
20m shuffle run as the increments got tighter. Miss a beep, have to make it on the return or drop out (no misses 2x in a row). When you miss, take a lap and get back into the fight. Madoff wins for the group at Level 6, Shuttle 7.
Thang 2 : 50-100-200 sprints
Five completed sets w/ adequate rest/recovery.
