Warm Up O Rama:  SSH (20), Abe Vigodas (10 each direction), Daisy Pickers (20), Imperial Walkers (15).

The Thang:

• Light jog (about a mile) to small park at Randolph and Oak Park Ave;
• Use 7 Fitness Stations at park in 2 minute increments (about 20 minutes total) (next trip back – 1 minute increments)
• Light job back to AO (another mile)
• Circle up with 1 minute of gas pumpers
