The Thang –

The Pax scurried over to the 606 Trail, and did a Native American Run – with Pax dude in last position doing 3 Merkins before scooting to front..Later we modified to having the last Pax HIM do 3 Star Jumps before bolting to front – stopping at each entrance ramp

We stopped at Ramp 1 for 5’s…Makhtar N’Diayes & LBC’s(top and bottom..4,1 then 3,2 the 2,3 etc)

Ramp 2 – Manmakers & Bonnie Blairs

Ramp 3 – We used bench at top to complete two sets of 10 Dips and 10 BBSU’s

Pax scooted, scampered, skipped(LeMond & Homer exclaimed “Weeeee” whilst skipping) and frolicked back to AO(lotsa variety in run styles employed)

Upon seeing that our glorious new flag – Thanks, Rancid! – was still there, the Pax jail-braked backed to AO.

Approx 1 1/2 mi was run

6MOM including the usual suspects, and a bunch o’ Mission Impossible.
