YHC arrived a bit late, but the 7 timely PAX had gotten the warm up started.  After a bit of a struggling getting the RPC strapped on, we headed out.

Instead of the usual 3.1 miles, we got in about 3.6 by heading up to Lake Street in RF.  The last few blocks we mixed in some double time movement and arrived back at The Krib just 1 minute late.

CoT – Pray for Ukraine.  This will be ugly and difficult and innocent people will suffer.
