Warmer: Don Quixotes, Shoulder Taps, Hillbilly Walkers, Daisy Pickers, Abe Vigoda, 21s (with a 5 burpee penalty for not finishing together!)

Thang 1: Work our way around the baseball diamond with each base representing a station with 50 reps of each:

  • merkins
  • big bois
  • squats
  • mt climbers

travel was always a bear crow always facing right field.

Thang 2: 1st & 10. Line up on the 10 yard line. Perform 10 Supermans, 1 Burpee (11’s) at the 10, sprint the remaining 90 yards. Recover jog back to the 20. Perform 9 Supermans, 2 Burpees, sprint the remaining 80 yards, recover jog to the 30. Repeat until all 100 yards and 11’s have been completed.

Cool down stretch

COT: been a busy two weeks and I’ve been off my game. I had a trial that sucked all my energy plus I ended up losing the whole thing. Huge ego hit but learning to live in the moment and separate myself a bit from my performance.
