Garfield outta F3 Puget Sound joined us…on the heels of Lobstah outta F3 Puget Sound joining us this past Saturday and Monday..glorious things going on up in here at F3 Chicago…To welcome Garfield and the usual gang, we started with Slaughter Starters(20 Burpees)..A standard warmorama followed before we engaged our massive playscape, climbing thru, up and over it 3 times, with a set of BMAPM’s(Burpees, Merkins, A Hammers, Plank Jacks, Manmakers) at the bottom. We then headed to the 606 start and completed partner BOMBS, with one Pax running uphill to the start of the trail and back, and the other starting the progressive grind(50, 100, 150, 200, 250)…This left just enough time for 25 Amer Hammers and our COT. LeMond, fresh off his nuptials, drove in from Aurora to join the fun, and took us out with a nice nod to the Sky Q. F3, Baby!
