Warmup: motivators, t pushups, mountain man poopers, motivators, windmills, inchworms
Work: Elevensies from end zone to end zone with merkins and squats, followed by 7sies from end zone to 50 yard line with shoulder taps and big bois.
Cooldown: 5sies across the width of the parking lot with bicycles and peter parkers.
Theme of the day was to keep moving and get some minor mileage, probably about 3k total.
CoT: At this stage of life, particularly if you are doing it right, it’s not about you. And that can be hard. In midlife, we are parents of young children, children of aging parents, leaders and managers at work, and it’s often just not about us. That can be rewarding but also exhausting and we need to work hard to not stay in the game and not let it get the better of us. Peace to you all for the journey.
