Warmups: Motivators from 6, Abe Vigodas (15 each direction), daisy cutters (15), old man stretch

Workout: Lap around the tundra followed by 2 sets of (with coupon) 25 curls, 25 shoulder press, 10 merkins. Another lap around Tundra, followed by (with coupon) 25 squats, 10 rifle carry lunges for each leg then 15 Bobby Hurley’s and 25 squats again. Another lap followed by 25 big boys, 25 count Freddie Mercuries, 25 count flutter kicks, 25 big boys

Then, we did round robin of each person selecting an exercise; 7 more in total ranging from goofballs, monkey humpers, power thrusts, box cutters, burpees +++, squats
