Warmup: Side straddle hops (25), butt kickers in place, high knees in place, old man stretch, daisy pickers (10), fire hydrant stretch, calf stretch, Rossy stretch

Workout: run from WreckCenter to Scoville Park; bear crawl up the hill, 5 burpees at the top, run back down; repeat 5 x; run to Oak Park Ave parking garage; partner work, one partner runs 6 flights of stairs, the other partner does turkish getups, do it 3 more times with new exercises (merkins, big boy situps, Carolina dry docks). Run back to WreckCenter; 30 step ups (15 each leg)
