COT: We discussed Daily Red Pill from Q Source. We learned that while the writing is not stellar or easy to understand, we could use it to spark some good insights and ideas. I heard a lot of great reflection from the PAX about making routines & habits that could help them day to day. I appreciated using the Red Pill / Blue Pill to challenge ourselves to be “real” and authentic – and not fake. I like that others acknowledged they appreciated the nudge to be more accountable and not float through days without intention. And much more that was super thoughtful!
