-Short Jog to Mann School for access to pull-up bars

-Mini Modified Murph (1:2:3 ratio of pull-ups/merkins/squats) in a pyramid up to 5 pull-ups and back down; early finishers did sprints + Big Boys

-Short Jog back to The Tundra

-20min of coupon walks + exercises around the half soccer field in a pattern of: Start at goal line / Rifle carry to mid-field / exercise / farmer’s carry across field / exercise / rifle carry back to goal line / exercise / farmer’s walk (opposite hand) across field to Start / exercise

-Exercises consisted of: curls, rows, alternating merkins on coupon, shoulder presses, squats, coupon swings, weighted big boys, weighted Russian twists, tricep extensions, dips, blockies

-5min of Mary – box cutters, big boys, mountain climbers, flutters, planks
