Patriot Challenge meet Weekly Grind, it’s the perfect marriage in F3 Evanston.  5 HIMs met up at the normal spot for a trip south towards Calvary Cemetery where YHC thought they might’ve unlocked the gates at 0600.  Bad guess on my part but we had some fun nonetheless.  On our way back from the locked gates, we skipped thru some high ankle deep snow & tried our best not to suffer high ankle sprains.

Sauntered our way back up north and hit a few pain stations along the way.  Merkins, WMDs, flutters and LBCs.  Ended up back at Brothers K coffeeshop ready for coffeeteria.

We all gave thanks for the group.  Each of us shared insight into the positive impacts we’ve had on our children while also sharing some of our personal struggles being a parent.  We’re all better men for having each other in our lives and each of these men have had a positive impact on my life.  I continue to be amazed at their character & determination to live better lives and can only hope that it rubs off on me as we move along on this journey.
