Well done from this group. 4 back for more is what we’re calling it. Four back for part 2 of the IPC week 0 in support of our guy RG3 who was running it sight unseen.
All 5 pushed to their own personal limits which is always great to witness. Then some well deserved coffeeteria where the subject was music documentaries. Best part of the workout is the coffee and 2nd F afterwards. Heck of a way to start a weekend. Thankful for this group.
