Workout: Group run to Austin Gardens for partner exercises; one team member runs lap around park while the other does the following: hand release merkins (50) mountain climbers (75), LBCs (75)
Group run to Mills Park for partner merkins (80); Turkish get ups (20); crab cakes (10)
Group run back WreckCenter for 50 yard sprints
COT: Emphasized gratitude. It starts with the gratitude of the fellow PAX for showing up and supporting one another. It extends to our interactions with our family. There’s much to be grateful for. Try to be mindful when you go down the negative rabbit hole and remember the many things you have in your life to be grateful for.
