Fourteen Pax gathered at 6:30 at the Wreck Center for the final opportunity to submit base times for the Ugly Sweater 5K.  YHC designed a course that Bronco named the 5K Swirl-O-Matic Scoville Shuffle (finishing at 21:42 he had plenty of time for creativity), but we didn’t lose anyone.

Warm Up – SSH, Daisy Pickers, Abe Vigodas, Seal Claps, Overhead Claps, Mountain Man Poopers, Butt Kickers and High Knees.

Thang #1 – Run.  When you’re done alternate between Bear Crawl and Flying Nuns (no one seemed to choose the Bear Crawl option).
Mary – Get down on all fours and move knees to elbows, flutter kicks, all fours knees to opposite elbows, hollow rock.

CoT – Show up in people’s lives – even if you don’t think you have the perfect thing to say, just showing up is often enough.
