  3. Paint: O: Coupon Shoulder Press D: Jump over Coupon (Block the Shot)
  4. Transition:  O: Back Peddle Up Hill D: Shuffle Down Hill
  5. Loose Ball:  O: Broad Jump in Sand (Save out of bounds) D: Burpee In Sand (Dive for the Loose Ball)
