Thang:

• Loop course (1 city block) around Barrie Park
• 1st lap – jog the East/West sections, sprint the North/South sections; finish lap with run up Mt. Barrie stairs and 20 merkins at top
• 2nd lap – sprint the East/West sections, jog the North/South sections, finish with stairs and merkins again
• Continue rotation
