This morning we paid tribute to @cheddar with a solid Saturday Morning Cartoon beat down. It was a beautiful morning to sweat, so we did!
Started with a .5 mile mosey and then did 10 burpees and 10 stair climbers.
Then we moseyed for another .5 miles and 10 burpees and 10 stair climbers and 20 mountain climbers and 20 merkins.
Then we moseyed for another .5 miles and 10 burpees and 10 stair climbers and 20 mountain climbers and 20 merkins and 30 dips and 30 butt in air (forget name) merkins.
Then we moseyed for another .5 miles and 10 burpees and 10 stair climbers and 20 mountain climbers and 20 merkins and 30 dips and 30 butt in air (forget name) merkins and 40 squats and 40 LBC’s.
Today was not just a 1% better it was 1.25% better. I always feel that way when I get one on one time with any of you, and today didn’t disappoint.
