Conditions: a deliciously warm 20°. John’s backpack ripped, sadly, ending a nearly 20 year run.
Ruck: we went to the Fenwick parking garage and back. On the way we did ten lunges at every traffic light. While there we made two trips up and down pausing at each floor on the way down for 10 weighted push-ups.
