Thang 1 – Pax paired up for 100 Burpees, 150 Merkins, 200 Squats as a team, alternating while one pax performed lunches and bear crawls back and forth about 30 yards.
Thang 2 – Alternating Merkins and Dips staring from 8 down to 1 and 1 up to 8.
