4 for a solid throw down at SMC. Most of us were still recovering from a brutal leg heavy Friday morning beatdown at The Crown where KennyG put us thru the Chad1000 hero WOD. So I decided to take er easy on the shaky baby giraffe legs and concentrated on the dad pecs and arms.
Hit some LB music-inspired favorites but did manage to sneak in some leg work as well.

Mosey to hill. Bear crawl BLIMPS workout w partner.
Mosey to playground. Daft Punk’s One More Time. AMRAP with a burpee every time you hear “one more time”.
Mosey to circle. AC/DC’s Thunderstruck. Hold plank until you hear “thunderstruck” and go down. Lots of Thunderstrucks being sang in this one. Think we counted 37?
Mosey to tennis courts. Suicides the length of the entire area.
COT where we reminded ourselves of the need to push ourselves physically which ensures us the mental fortitude to handle life’s events. Whole lot easier with this group in your corner.
