From there instructions were to run 5k pace or faster: East on Fillmore, North on Lombard, West on Harvard, back to Cuyler (.49 miles) and recovery jog, walk or crawl South on Cuyler (0.12 miles) as many times as possible in 38 minutes. All pax got 5 loops in, most got 6. (Total 4.20 ish miles)

If you want to get faster, you have to run fast. Good to get a little speed work in today and push our legs and hearts a little harder than normal.
