Need for Speed

Fun one today. Sprints, Mario Karts & chain runs. All designed for one reason, making us faster. 6 for some speed work this morning.  After a quick stretching session, we moseyed to a random parking lot where we did some sprints and recovery laps.   Then moseyed to another area at the park and ran a modified Mario Kart.   Halfway out, we turned around and chain ran back to base for coffeeteria.

Focusing on the little things in life sometimes brings the most joy. Family, health, being in the moment. Enjoying the day is sometimes the easiest thing to forget to do. So we focus on that today, enjoy the moment.
