7 PAX and one canine showed up to the Weekly Grind to put in 6ish miles. Temps in the low 30s, nice breeze coming off Lake Michigan.

We did some stretching and made our way to the lakefront path. Cheddar led us in a reindeer run and then we headed to Northwestern’s parking garage for some hill work. First up was a jog up 7 stories, then a push up 5 stories, and finally a sprint up 4 stories.

Continued our run around the pond at Northwestern stopping for some inclined merkins, squats, a reverse crawl up some steps, and some flutter kicks. Return run back to coffee at our Tuesday spot. Thanked this group of HIMs for showing up for me and look forward to getting through the dark days of winter with them by my side.
