THE THANG: Working on 4 corners running 10 block laps around the high school while dropping fragments o’ BOMBS along the way.
Corner 1 – five burpees
Corner 2 – five overhead claps + five merks
Corner 3 – five bigboys
Corner 4 – five squats in cadence
Team jog between each corner. Holding a pose at each corner to ensure no PAX left behind. hOjOh dropped in some random flutters to ensure MARY got sorted.
3 full laps with various progressions before moseying back to the Wreck. Confused? Then you shoulda been there!
MARY: Not yet. Lined up on soccer field baseline. Jog mid field, sprint endzone. Rinse repeat 3x.
MARY: finished in center field with 5 mini BOMBS on own followed by 3 rounds of flutter kicks in cadence.
