Eleven men came out in the Gloom of the early morning to push each other and get 1% better. We explored beyond the typical field and parking lot areas and found a good playground for some pull-ups! Then three busted out and joined the 0630 crowd at the WreckCenter AO for a dbl-beatdown while a decent group hung back for curb-side coffee and fellowship.

Close : Encouragement for the guys to stay engaged w/ their shorties… Last weekend YHC spent a lot of time w/ my 2.2. She is the one who plays w/ her cards pretty tight and I’m not always able to get a sense of what’s going on. So – while on the ski slope, we had a lot time together playing and breaking down barriers as well as waiting time on the chairlift. So, I asked a lot of questions and we both opended up … FF to later this week, I spied a page open in her journal listing “moments of gratitude” and saw item #16 : Long and Deep talks on the chairlift. So that was awesome cause not only did I win by building those bonds, but saw how she appreciated it too – not as a pest into her personal life, but as a chance to talk real.
So, I encouraged the guys w/ older shorties that their door may be closed, but they still want us knocking.
Moleskin : I failed to mention that Linus will be taking over CityLimits as Site Q and that is awesome. He is an enthusiastic dude with a lot of energy for the group. Every leadership role taken by an engaged pax gives him the opportunity to lead and enables the group to set a wider foundation for growth! We want to make these FREE workouts available to more men and leaders stepping in is the way to do it.
