6 Pax made it out for the 6:30 Wreck Center with @Pebbles doing the Double. On the way over to the Wreck Center, YHC decided to modify.

Warm-O-Rama – SSH (IC), Daisy Pickers (IC), Windmills (IC), and Hillbilly Walkers (IC)).  Butt kickers, High knees, and then 50 yards of Walter Paytons (in an attempt to re-live the Bears glory days).

Thang:

• Mosey to the parking garage, partner up to do 50 BOMBS with a partner (1 run 2 legs of the garage; the other reps).
• 2 sequences of Flying Nuns, run (there and back) a leg of the garage, followed by wheel barrow the lowest leg of the garage.
• Mosey around the high school – stop at North entrance and do 25 Carolina Dry Docks and 25 step ups.
