The Mother of All Bombs (MOAB)

First B:

1 PAX constant Blockees, how many can we get in 30 minutes (we ended up having 32 minutes to work in, set a goal of 300). PAX can switch out in the middle of their other exercises;

Other PAX:

O: overhead carry to end of parking lot and then Outlaws 10xlwft 10 right

M: Murder bunny to next corner of parking lot, then Monkey humping goblet squat x 15

B: Big Boisx20 after carry of choice to next corner

S: Shoulder carry to next corner; starfish crunch x25

After completing the exercises at any corner, PAX could choose to run around the lot without the block to take over for Blockee Man, who then finished the run to your block and picked up where you left off. It was a little chaotic but worked frailty well.

We hit 280 blockees at time, and then a few PAX helped my block hit its goal of 300 after time ended. (Only 1 block can be counted for this, extra reps with other blocks don’t help, but some strong PAX like spoon gave additional moral support right alongside by doing even more blockees!)

CoT: Thinking about doing GoRuck and came across a quote “Nobody cares what you can do fresh” and realize I need to work on my endurance as I often rely on that fresh energy. Want to train my brain to allow myself to push further, and thanked my fellow PAX for helping me keep up the energy all workout long.
