Mosey 1 mile west to Mills Park
THE THANG: we stayed as a team and dropped 5 BOMBS followed by a fellowship lap around Mills Park

Peppering in some bench step-ups lead by LED
We completed 3 full laps before moseying back to the Wreck Center (2.6miles total)
