COT :

YHC closed w/  a message on gratitude for the Americans that gave service for our country and to protect us. As I flew out of St.Paul yesterday, I noticed adjacent to the airport was a fleet of volunteers in the Fort Snelling Cemetery placing 182,000 flags at the headstone of each burial site. My grandfather (WWII), his wife and two Uncles (Vietnam+peace-time) are buried there and I am always amazed by the lines of uniform stones marking the sites of each person that gave it all for our country.

PAX closed Name-o-Rama by including a name of someone they wanted to give respect to. I was taken back by so many similar surnames and namesakes. Truly a list of names that had impact on us all. /Kodak+Linus Out!
