YHC arrived early to scope at the AO and found exactly what had been promised by Ladybug (who was noticeably absent) lots of options. 0700 struck and 8-Track emerged from the gloom to keep me company on my down range adventure back from his recent travels abroad.
Warm-o-Rama (all IC and X15 then X10)

Mosey around the loop after the 1st set. Then round 2.
YHC spied a hill in the center of the AO, and a plan came together. Mosey to the grassy field, 1 burpee, run to the top, 7 8-count body builders, mosey down the backside, 1 burpee, back to the top 6 8-counts, down the front side, 2 burpees…you get the idea.
Mosey to the benches at the soccer pitch:
3 sets each (IC and X10) Incline Merkins and Dips. Mosey back to the path. 2 minute lunge walk, 2 minutes of inch worms, 2 minutes of lunge walks.
mosey towards the pavilion and circle up for some Mary (all IC and X15):
- Heels to Heaven
- Dying Cockroaches
- Australian SnowAngels
- Obliques (left and right)
Time for another lap around the park.
Stop at the bench by the parking lot, for alternating sets of Bulgarian split squats and decline merkins.
Mosey to the pavilion and grab a column for a 60 second wall sit. Then 20 chicken peckers (inverted shoulder taps) Another 60 second wall sit.
Finished up with monkey humpers (x10 and IC).
8-track (who just celebrated his 40th BDay) took us out with some very thoughtful words for those who were absent.

That BD hurt but was what we both needed. You all missed out for sure. Great man-date coffeeteria afterwards with great coffee and discussions about travel and 2.0s and how blessed we all are.
