Warmup: Jumping Jacks, Daisy Pickers, Leg swings (5 minutes)
Run 1 lap around, then another “we didn’t do leg swings for nothing” to get to parking garage.
Split up into three teams; bear crawl to first place, lunge to second, at first place alternate between 30 second plank and 30 mountain climbers (1 is 1) at the second alternate between 30 seconds of flutter kicks and 30 crab taps.
Run 1 lap around back to Wreck Center.
4 corners burpee variation; push-ups, sit-ups, squats, groiners (15 minutes) Down by 5 from 25.
