Warmed up with some SSH, Daisy Pickers, windmills, LBAC (f/b) all in cadence before hitting the streets and sidewalks. Went south so we could make stops along the way at Veterans park for dips on the benches, at the fitness court in Roos for some step ups, circled around Forest park and did some incline merkins back at a second stop by the court, and finished with some Lightsaber Lunges. All exercises were discounted based on correctness in some Star Wars trivia which was as hard to answer as it was to remember the questions!
