Warmarama:  The tournament was explained.

The Thang:  The F3 Tournament consisted of 4 regions North, South, East and West.  Each region has 16 exercises of varying reps that add up to 225.  The pax were challenged to complete as many as possible in about 50 minutes.  Once one region was complete, the pax tackled another region.  Most pax completed about 2.5 to 3 of the 4 regions.

COT:  We had 14 pax including one FNG, Fredo.  Tournaments are set up to text pax physically and mentally.  Some parts of a tournament are easier than others.  Perseverance and being prepared are lessons learned in tournaments that will help you succeed in life.
