– Bear Crawl to the 30, 3 rep merkin complex (Wide Arm, Merkin, Diamond, Carolina Dry Dock), 3 rep Mountain Climber (2 is 1)
– Bear Crawl to the 40, 4 rep merkin complex (Wide Arm, Merkin, Diamond, Carolina Dry Dock), 4 rep Mountain Climber (2 is 1)

Partner 3 does a Bear Crawl or Lunge Walk through the butterfly garden path
Partner 2 or 3 helps with reps once they finish until the other partner returns
