Warm-up: SSHs, Mountain man poopers, Daisy pickers
Mosey to field for dynamic stretching including: high knees, butt kickers, karaoka, Frankenstein walkers, and extension lunges with twist
2 block by 1 block loops, accelerating to 80% sprint on the north/south 1 block legs. After each loop progress out to the next 2 block loop. 5 loops were completed in total, followed by a fellowship run back to base – about 4 miles all in.
