Thang 1: Moseyed to Barrie Park. Quick BOMBS in honor of @hOjOh before performing loops around the field as follows 1) run backwards on East touch line 2) side shuffle along North end line 3) run forward along West touch line and accelerate up the sledding hill 3) run down stairs and repeat. All Pax made at least 4 laps.
Thang 2: Moseyed back to Eagles Landing in order to run high intensity 0.6 mile RA loops from Cuyler to Fillmore to Lombard and back on Harvard.
COT: We were running short of time so I thanked everyone for coming out. Had 2-3 times as many Pax as usual for this AO. The energy really got me going in the morning.
