10 PAX met in The Gloom this AM at Zoo Crew. We had a nice showing of Evanston peeps clown caring it down to be with us. What a treat to have these guys and to pound ourselves into the ground.
It was definitely a brisk morning. Some guys showed up in shorts. YHC thinks they’re nuts but to each his own.
Warm-o-Rama
First up was Baba O’Riley followed by Global Warming with breaks for SSH x 30 and Don Quixote IC x 15.
Pre-Thang
We all took a quick mosey to the basketball court for some 1-2-3 Bear Crawls. Teams of 2 were decided by YHC and off we went. Peaches proved yet again he’s got more agility and strength than anyone I’ve ever met. They killed the exercise and got on our 6 to help finish the round.
Thang
Now that we were all good and warmed up, we jumped into two rounds of The Dab. All together we should have landed at 100 burpees. YHC did not get there. There’s lots on my mind these days and it’s impacting many things, including F3. But that aside, we pushed through and made it. We took one more of 5×1-minute exercises, this time doing Carolina Dry Docks x 15 each time.
Mary
After a quick mosey back to the AO, PAX circled up for Mary. We got in Honey I’m Home x 20, Zombie Crunch x 15 each side and American Hammers x 20 IC.
Mole Skin
YHC shared his F3 Origin Story today. Definitely a heart filled with gratitude and thanks for all the PAX that surround him.
