Alright, not really but it’s an attention grabber for sure when the Diva leaves the group.  Skelton crew this week for Spring Break but the AO is still represented.  Solo run for The Commodore run club on Sunday.

Little windy but not too chilly.  Clear skies, clear paths and distance was the key.

Tried for a 10-miler, came up a little short on the route but 9.62 is still a solid effort.  Was shooting for a 7:40/mi pace, also came up a little short on the pace at 7:47/mi.  Lower back has been flaring up lately, not sure if it’s the shoes or overuse.  Been running in trail shoes prepping for the Spartan in June, might be an issue on the road.

Eager for my Sunday group to get back from vacation, miss these guys,,,,
