Been a while since we had a LB-led beatdown so I had to get creative.   So we introduced PAX to the maniacal mile   4 laps of fun.   A few bear crawls and other items all while getting in a mile.   Then we moseyed over to a LB favorite spot, The Wall where we had some more fun hitting the electric chair and balls to the wall.   Moseyed back to the field for a little Mary.

10 strong for this easy LB beatdown. Light stuff, strolled around the park etc etc.  Nah. Men showed up to work this morning. Proud of the effort from all 10. Everyone gave it their max effort. We welcomed Patrick Briody to the group. Come back out next week and earn yourself a free lifetime membership & a nifty F3 nickname to boot.
