37 degrees, no wind. Ground was wet from early morning rain.
Warm up – Side Straddle hop, Abe Vigoda, Seal Claps, Overhead Claps, Failure to Launch
Mosied to the highschool garage:
Paired up on the bottom floor:
Round 1: 1st pax Lunged up the ramp to the ground level while the other did grave diggers. Once at the top, the other pax lunged up the ramp while the 1st pax performed grave diggers.
Round 2: 1st pax rifle carries across the garage and does a blocky at each pillar while the other pax does kettle bells. Upon reaching the end of the garage, the 2nd pax proceeds across the garage with a rifle carry and doing blockies at each pillar while the 1st pax does kettle bells.
Round 3: 1st pax does lunges up the ramp to the 2nd floor while the other pax does curls at the bottom. 2nd pax lunges up to the top once the 1st pax reaches the top.
Round 4: The pax grabbed parking spaces in a row and did merkin taps while the pax on the west end rifle carries to the east side of the last pax. Repeat until the group reaches the end of the lot. Modified to plank after cycling through everyone twice.
Return to the A/O for and did 25 merkins and 25 pushups for the chisel challenge.
Lastly, flutter kicks and American hammers.
